How our postal system works:
1. The first step is to give us a call and speak to one of our engineers who can discuss the problem with your Dyson Airwrap and give you an idea of the repair required. The engineer will give you a unique repair number to use in all future correspondence.
2. The next step is to obtain a suitable cardboard box and package up your Dyson Airwrap, remembering to include your name, address, contact details and most importantly your unique repair number.
3. Send your Dyson Airwrap to us using a courier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked courier service.
4. Upon delivery of you Dyson Airwrap our engineers will perform a full diagnostic test to determine the cause of the problem. We will then contact you with a detailed quote for the repair including parts and labour.
5. If the quote is acceptable with the customer, we will then perform the necessary repairs to your Dyson Airwrap.
6. If the quote is unacceptable we will return the machine. (In this instance the customer pays the return postage)
7. Upon completion of the required repairs a member of our team will contact the you to take secure payment using a debit or credit card. A copy of the payment details will be enclosed when we return the machine
8. When payment has been made we will arrange free delivery of the machine to the customer and include a full receipt for the work carried out with a six month guarantee.
